OUR WORK FLOW

1. PATTERN MAKING
Each product is crafted with accurate and precise patterns tailored to its specific size and design. Every pattern is meticulously designed to meet the intended fit and size requirements.
2. PRE-PRO SAMPLE
We’ll provide a sample for your approval before beginning bulk production. Once we receive your approval, we’ll move forward with the next phase of manufacturing.
3. MATERIAL & FABRIC SOURCING
We source premium, high-quality fabric from trusted suppliers. The fabric is stored on racks and thoroughly inspected before moving to the cutting department.
4. CUTTING & PRINTING PROCESS
After sourcing the fabric, we cut it into pieces according to pattern requirements. Next, the pieces are printed or embroidered based on our clients’ specifications.
5. SEWING & QUALITY CHECK
The cut panels are stitched to complete the design. Each item undergoes thorough inspection to ensure we maintain our reputation for top-quality sports, fitness products.
6. PACKING & DELIVERY
Afterward, the items are carefully pressed, tagged, and securely packaged in poly bags. They are then packed in cartons and shipped with reliable delivery services.
